    Controls and Valves

    • The sprayer's digital controls allow users to program temperatures and spraying pressures as well as to check the machine's output quickly. Circulation valves are designed to minimize isocyanate crystallization, a chemical reaction that renders the liquid spray material into a solid state.

    Hoses and Pumps

    • A stable and sturdy hose connection system allows for monitoring and temperature control close to the spray gun. The pump lubrication system helps to prevent isocyanate crystallization, which would slow the insulation application process. Additionally, the horizontal design of the pumps helps to provide a smooth application of insulation.

    Heating System

    • A hybrid system heats the spray insulation material quickly and allows users to establish and maintain a desired temperature for the material, even when the Reactor H-40 is used at its maximum output. Because the unit's main heating source is segmented into individual elements, users don't have to replace the entire heating source in the event of failure.

    Gauges and Strainer

    • Temperature and pressure gauges can indicate problems with insulation flow in the Reactor H-40. A Y-strainer device eliminates solid matter from becoming stuck in a hose or jamming the spray gun.
