How to Get 3D on iPod Touch
- 1). Connect the iPod connector on one end of the iPod cable to the connection on the bottom of the iPod Touch. Connect the USB connection at the other end of the iPod cable into an unused USB port on the computer.
- 2). Launch the iTunes software by selecting it from the "All Applications" menu, after having first clicked the "Start" button.
- 3). Click once on the icon of the iPod Touch that is on the left side of the iTunes program beneath "Devices." Click once on the "Photos" tab at the top of the iTunes program's screen.
- 4). Click the "Sync Photos..." check-box beneath the tab. Click on the drop-down menu next to the check-box and select "Choose Folder."
- 5). Navigate in the window that appears to the 3D image file that is on the hard drive. Click once on the file. Click the "Choose" button at the bottom of the window to make the window go away.
- 6). Click the "Apply" button, followed by the "Sync" button at the bottom right of the iTunes program. Do not proceed until the progress bar at the top middle of the program has completed all of the syncing.
- 7). Right-click the icon of the iPod Touch. Select "Eject" from the pop-up menu. Quit iTunes. Remove the iPod cable from the iPod touch and from the computer.
- 8). Tap the "Photos" icon on the iPod touch. Tap the "Albums" icon to bring up a thumbnail of the photos that are stored in memory. Tap on an icon to bring it up full screen.
- 9). Press your finger against the touch screen and push left or right, such as swiping, to move between the photos. Remove your finger when the 3D image is on the touch screen. Put on the red/green 3D glasses to view the image in 3D. Remove the glasses when you are done viewing.
