How to Measure Google Inbound Links

    • 1). Go to google.com.

    • 2). Type "linkto:URL" in the search box to measure inbound links to a specific page. Replace "URL" with the actual URL to the page. As an example, "linkto:www.yourdomain.com/subfolder/webpage.html" will only measure inbound links directly to that one page.

    • 3). Type "linkdomain:domain" in the search box to measure all inbound links to any page of the domain. Replace "domain" with your domain. As an example, "linkdomain:yourdomain.com" will measure all links to yourdomain.com.

    • 4). Press "Enter" to see the results. Look under the search box for the number of results. This tells you how many pages are linking to your page or domain.
