How to Print Custom Envelope Sizes in Word

    • 1). Open Microsoft Word. Measure the envelope(s) in question if you have not already done so and do not know the precise size.

    • 2). Click the "Mailings" tab in Microsoft Word, then click the "Envelopes" icon in the Create section. This opens a new window.

    • 3). Click "Options" in the new window to open another new window. Click within the Envelope Size section to open a list of available envelope sizes. Click "Custom Size" at the bottom of this list to open another window.

    • 4). Enter the dimensions of your envelope into the newest window. Click "OK" when you are done. Click "OK" in the Envelope Options window to close it. You can now enter a delivery address and return address into the Envelopes and Labels window to create and print an envelope in your custom size.
