Marble Cake in a Small Bundt Pan
Though hardly ever the star of the show, a good, moist marble cake is a great addition to a coffee klatch. Bakeries often sell it by the slice, but it's so easy to put one together, in under an hour you can be serving warm marble cake dusted with powdered sugar.
This marble cake recipe makes a small cake, perfect for a one-quart mold like the Kaiserform 6 1/2" bundt pan this cake was baked in.
Serve leftovers sliced thin at a continental breakfast. Toasted and buttered, it's very nice, too.
Makes 8 slices of marble cake.
