How to Install Upper Bathroom Cabinets
- 1). Locate the studs where the cabinet will be placed on the wall using a stud-finder. Mark the wall at each stud using a pencil. Make a line on the wall where the cabinet will be placed. Measure over from that line how far each stud is.
- 2). Measure the distance from the edge of the cabinet to each stud and drill a 1/8-inch hole in the back of the cabinet using a power drill.
- 3). Place the cabinet into position on the wall.
- 4). Level the cabinet using a level.
- 5). Fasten the cabinet to the wall using 3-inch grabber screws and a power drill.
