How to Connect With an iTouch

    • 1). Press the round button located at the bottom of the iPod Touch's screen. An arrow icon will appear on the display. Slide the arrow across the screen, as instructed, using your finger to unlock the device. The home-screen featuring your device's applications and settings icons will automatically load.

    • 2). Tap the "Settings" icon located on your iPod Touch's home-screen. The device's home-screen is customizable, so the "Settings" icon will have a unique location on the home-screen depending on how your iPod Touch's icons are organized.

    • 3). Select the "Wi-Fi" option. The "Wi-FI" option is the second available option from within the "Settings" menu.

    • 4). Tap the Wi-Fi network you would like to connect to. The iPod Touch will display a lock icon to the right of the network's name if the network is secured. In addition, the iPod Touch will display a signal strength indicator for each of the networks.

    • 5). Enter the case sensitive password if you are trying to connect to a secured network. Wait while your iPod Touch connects to the network. Once the network connection is successfully established, you will find a check-mark displayed to the left of the network's name.
