How can I cure my acne? This isn't as hard as most people make it.
It won't take years of applying potions and creams-and praying until your teen years are over.

And do NOT visit the doctor Shocking but true-the best way to eliminate zits is to AVOID your doctor.
They will most likely just recommend some store bought treatment that is either expensive or ineffective-or both.
Now that you know what NOT to do, here are 2 tips for curing acne you can implement from the comfort of home: #1) Eat more fruits and vegetables Food is DIRECTLY linked to eliminating zits-don't let anyone fool you.
Why are fruits and vegetables the best? Because they each have very high water content-and water is LETHAL for pimples.
#2) Drink more water This is what "fuels" your body-without it nothing runs properly.
This will help CLEANSE your system which in turn will get rid of you zits.
How much water is needed? More than you think--most doctors will advocate 6-8 glasses.
But that number should actually be around 10-16--the higher number is for periods of more intense exercising.
But make sure it's NOT tap water It's hard to recommend tap water because I don't want to worry about law suits down the road.
Sure it might still have a marginally cleansing effect, but the drawbacks of tap water outweigh the benefits.
I would recommend getting a good water filter.
So remember--when asking yourself "how can I cure my acne", remember that NATURAL solutions are always the best--anything that's not healthy for you as a whole MUST be avoided.
