Turn on your cellphone's Bluetooth connection. This can usually be accomplished by going to the settings tab on your cellphone and browsing to the Bluetooth connections tab. From the connections tab, enable the Bluetooth connection to search for any available Bluetooth connection in the area. Make sure to connect to your computers' Bluetooth name instead of any other device. This will pair your two devices together and enable them to sync together. Your cellphone will show when it has become paired to your computer by showing the name of your computer's Bluetooth connection on the cellphone's paired connections list.
