How to Make a Flower With Briolettes
- 1). Cut 8 inches of silver beading wire with wire cutters.
- 2). String five briolette beads onto the wire and form a circle at the center of your wire. Twist the wires together until the beads are taut. Continue twisting 1/2-inch of wire (not too tight).
- 3). Cross over the back of the flower and take one wire end around either side of the wire with the beads on it. This will create a loop back making it easy to attach the flower to other jewelry.
- 4). Twist the wire twice and then thread it through the back center of the flower. Thread a larger round bead onto one wire. Thread the other wire through the same bead in the opposite direction. Tighten the bead to the flower. Bring the ends back through to the back of the flower.
- 5). Twist the wire two or three times. Trim off the excess and use your pliers to turn the sharp edges toward the flower.
