The Motivated Mind
Hello! I was wanting to write a review about a book called 'the motivated mind'! Just like when you learn how to walk or talk, motivation can also be learned and perfected.
This program follows 6 straight steps which will make you instantly motivated to reach your goals and dreams.
When getting hold of this program you will discover quite a few very important facts about having a motivated mind! - Firstly, what is the hidden truth behind motivation and how it will change your life for good! - Secondly, learning exactly why you do what you do and thus finding out about your own behaviour, this is they key! - Thirdly, finding what you really want thus make an exact plan of what you want listing everything from short-term to long-term goals.
- Fourthly, without confidence you face a life full of fear and worry however this will definitely help you gain an 'unstoppable confidence' in achieving your goals themselves! - On a fifth stand, attitude is everything thus with a positive attitude you will get ahead in life and thus enhance your life in a dramatic way, this book will show you the way! - Finally, it will help you take advantage of your greatest challenge it could be the reason why you are not 'advancing' in your life and this book will help you transform that into your advantage! For people who are already motivated, I find this book to be really helpful in that it better enables one to channel more productively one's motivation.
As I am already quite a motivated person, I can't say exactly how it would benefit someone who lacks motivation, but certainly worthwhile to give it a go.
It also contains aspects of American self help books that I don't care for (the life you've always dreamed of, etc.
).
I'm not all that convinced of that sort of thing, but back to what I wrote at the beginning...
it's helping me to be much more discerning of how I use my motivation and I can say that personally speaking I achieve more and am much 'prouder' of myself.
Perhaps you can even relate to several of the problems described below: Heading off to an unchallenging, unfulfilling, and low-paying job without any prospects of a bright and satisfying career in the future.
Feeling unhappy and guilty about the way you look and afraid of the health risks that come with being out of shape.
Living paycheck to paycheck without being able to put money aside for savings, investments, or retirement.
Feeling alone and disconnected from others - even in a long-term relationships.
Living by routine without any joy or excitement, unable to change negative habits or patterns.
If you relate to the above in any way than this book is for you.
Thank you and God Bless! David
