Impressive Leadership Organizations and Why - My Assessment
The central issues that are of major interest to me are subject matters of personal and leadership development, coupled with the study of organizational development and management.
My writings, as I address the issues within these subject matters are for the purpose of applying some of the concepts discussed; to you as an individual.
Many, if not, most of my references are from real life experiences and in many instances from research I have performed throughout my academic and professional career.
I believe, it is important for authors to discuss; theories, hypnosis, and speculations on the assumption that; they are conveying a message to teach and or bring about an awareness to the public.
In so doing, from my perspective authors desire to write so that they can in essence be a vehicle to transform life's and more importantly bring about positive change in a world loaded with issues that have an IMPACT on a world thirsty for peace, love and opportunity.
And so therefore, I encourage my readers, students and colleagues to read my writings from a perspective on how the information gathered from my writing will or could be applied to your everyday agenda.
The intent to is to grasped from my writings the example on how certain issues transpire while others don't or how some organizations prosper and flourish while others fail and vanish as if they never existed.
In is important to learn and apply the principals of success; just as it is important to also learn and apply what not to do, i.

Let's take a look at what we can learn and apply from those whom have succeeded and how they did or what common characteristic denominators are relevant, of them to sustain progress and prosperity.
For example, let's review the top 10 most reputable organizations in America: Google, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, General Mills, Kraft, Berkshire Hathaway, 3M, Coca-Cola, Honda and Microsoft.
Now notice that Honda is the only car company to make the top 10, if you are shocked you shouldn't be, as America has been grappling with the worldwide competition in the auto industry for quite some time and are getting beat up extensively; it is obviously that America must get back on track quickly and swiftly with instilling high performance vehicles yet environmentally friendly.
This impressive list of America's best performing corporations are organizations that have thoroughly studied their client base, they have performed, surveys, they have a no nonsense approach to business execution and they are in the forefront of providing extra's for the consuming public.
People like to shop at all of these organizations because in their view; they like the idea of buying from the best.
Let's not forget it is a tall order to stay number in any business -but- it can never hurt.
It is important to keep in mind when preparing your own business venture or in creating your personal relationship that the concepts and the ideas for success play a role in creating your own path to success and in learning from the mistakes of other; while studying your competition and perform better that your competition.
