This may surprise some people but cow's milk is a trigger of eczema. It may not be the cause of your problems, but try drinking an alternative for a few weeks, such as rice milk.

Check your wash powders and fabric conditioners to see if these are the cause. Reducing factors that can contribute to eczema, is probably one of the best natural eczema cures.
