Use Of Anti –inflammatory drugs In Acne:
Anti –inflammatory drugs are also used in the treatment of Acne. Typical example is of vitamin B3 (Nicotinamaide). It plays its effect because of its anti-inflammatory properties.it also plays its role in reducing Acne scars and removal of fine wrinkles. Other Anti –inflammatory drugs can be also used to reduce inflammation. These medicines are available as OTC or on prescription.
Sulfur:
Sulfur with its mild anti-septic properties is used in Acne treatment. Sulfur penetrates well through skin. It's widely used in many products like cleansers, shampoos, creams because of its anti- microbial properties. Sulfur is one of the oldest Acne remedy and is used since Roman and Greek times.
