• The main ingredients in Betty Crocker's Rich & Creamy Cherry frosting are sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, high maltose corn syrup, water and cornstarch. Other ingredients are red and blue food coloring, artificial flavors and citric acid. The frosting is preserved with potassium sorbate. A 2-tbsp. serving of this frosting contains 140 calories, with 5 g of fat -- 2 g of which are trans fats -- 70 mg of sodium and 19 g of sugar. • Another Betty Crocker frosting that is specific to the Rich & Creamy line is Dark Chocolate. This frosting is made with Hershey's chocolate, with a similar base of ingredients as other Rich & Creamy frostings. However, it also contains cocoa processed with alkali and nonfat milk. Nutritionally, 2 tbsp. contain 130 calories, with 105 mg of sodium and 16 g of sugar. The frosting also contains 6 percent of the daily value of iron. Saturated fat content is 1.5 g.
  
  

Triple Chocolate Fudge Chip

• Particular to the Rich & Creamy frosting product line is the Triple Chocolate Fudge Chip frosting. The 15.5-oz. container of frosting consists of similar ingredients as the other frostings in this line, with the exception of high fructose corn syrup, cocoa processed with alkali, milk chocolate chips -- which includes chocolate liquor, cocoa butter and milk -- semi-sweet chocolate chips, which has similar ingredients as the milk chocolate variety but with artificial flavors, and modified cellulose. Rainbow Chip

• Betty Crocker's Rich & Creamy Rainbow Chip frosting contains bits of rainbow colored candies mixed into a white frosting base. Ingredients that are not found in other Rich & Creamy frostings by Betty Crocker include fractionated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin and various coloring agents. • Available only in the Rich & Creamy line, Betty Crocker's lemon frosting contains coloring ingredients, as well as natural and artificial flavors in addition to the line's base ingredients. Butter Cream, Fluffy White, Whipped Cream

• Among Betty Crocker's Whipped frostings, several may seem similar: Butter Cream, Fluffy White and Whipped Cream are specific to this line and not found in Rich & Creamy. They weigh 12 oz. and vary in sugar content from 13 to 14 g and may contain milk. In addition to the sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, water, high maltose corn syrup and cornstarch that form its base, Butter Cream contains yellows 5 & 6, cellulose gel, polysorbate 80 and cellulose gum. Whipped Fluffy White contains similar ingredients, with unspecified color added. Betty Crocker's Whipped Whipped Cream has slight nutritional differences to Fluffy White.
