How to Build a Good Macro Beatdown Deck
- 1). Collect a number of monsters that upgrade when other cards are removed from play, or work well in combination with such cards. These include Banisher of the Light, Banisher of the Radiance, Bazoo the Soul-Eater, Caius the Shadow Monarch, Card Trooper, Cyber Valley, D.D. Assailant, D.D. Crow, D.D.M. Different Dimension Master, D.D. Scout Plane, D.D. Survivor, D.D. Warrior Lady, Divine Knight Ishzark, Golden Homunculus, Gren Maju Da Eiza, Guardian Eatos, Helios The Primordial Sun, Helios Duo Megistus, Helios Trice Megistus, Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer and Necroface.
- 2). Assemble spells that are needed by your monsters or involve removing cards from play and returning cards to play. Such spells include Chaos End, Chaos Greed, Dark Core, D.D.R. Different Dimension, Dimension Distortion, Dimensional Fissure, Gold Sarcophagus, Grand Convergence, Lightning Vortex, Nobleman of Crossout, Reincarnation, Soul Release, Soul Absorption and Tribute to the Doomed.
- 3). Gather trap cards that remove multiple cards from play and bring back cards that have been previously removed, as well. The best of these include Big Burn, Bottomless Trap Hole, D.D. Dynamite, Dimensional Prison, Graverobber's Retribution, Karma Cut, Macro Cosmos, Raigeki Break, Return from the Different Dimension and Skull Lair.
