Sound quality:
I have choose the disc of Whitney Houston-"I Will Always Love You" to test Sennheiser IE60 earbuds.
Playback device: iPod classic and Sennheiser IE60 without any amp and so on. The significance of this choice is: more closer to daily life use, because not everyone will play a large investment for the music playback device.
The feeling on the sound field and separation. Sennheiser headphones is very good at the performance of a very broad sound field. Compare with the old IE series earbuds, I need to say the Sennheiser IE 60 is like the soft wind, make me feel the fresh and clean voice. The high frequency performance is not very good, Sennheiser has always been the poor performance on the high frequency, But the low frequency performance is very good! with the super heavy bass performance, Sennheiser IE60 make me feel some performance like the beats by dre audio.
