How to Tie a Cowboy Neckerchief
- 1). Take the scarf and place it around your neck. Take each end in one hand. The scarf should drape across your shoulders evenly on each side. Do not twist the scarf when wrapping it around your neck.
- 2). With your left hand, wrap the scarf around two fingers. Pull the right side of the scarf in front of the left side. Wrap the left side around and under the right.
- 3). Pull the right end of the scarf forward from the back and loop it over the end. Pull it through the loop being held in place on the left side of the scarf, from right to left. This forms a square knot.
- 4). Pull on the ends of the square knot to tighten it to your desired tightness.
