    • 1). Pre-heat your stove top at medium heat. Cook your 1 pound of ground beef and drain of the excess grease. *Optional* Slice onion (about half or the whole onion if you choose) and add to the ground beef as it is cooking (not everyone likes onions so your choice.) Sit out the Velveeta Cheese so it will be easier to slice into cubes.

    • 2). After you have drained the grease off the ground beef add your can of Rotel tomatoes and mix well. Slice your Velveeta Cheese into cubes and add to the ground beef mixture.

    • 3). Allow the cheese to melt all the way while continuing to stir as needed. Once all the cheese is melted remove from stove top and put into your medium size serving dish or bowl. Serve warm with Tostios (lots!) and enjoy!!
