Shyness by far affects half of the global population, regardless of whether they are women or men, children or adult.
There are many tips and published help guidelines that aim to give you a hand in conquering shyness out of your way.
But it is like the usual scenario back in childhood: a math question was givento you and you have to answer it in front of the whole class.
Though you may know how to answer the problem, you just cannot stand up and show it.
Your insides are like an erupting volcano, giving you a cold feeling and sweat in every inch of your body, along with trembling and labored breathing.
You are not alone.
Shyness is a feeling of anxiety whether with a stranger, a person you want to impress, or even just your regular colleague.
An individual suffers and experiences anxiety when dealing with another person.
In fact, talking or making a speech is one of the greatest fears of Americans.
Some people say they would rather die than give a speech.
Shy people are often mislabeled as snobby, or aloof because they do not participate in activities.
Even in school classes, teachers often mistake a student that is shy as children that do not study their schoolwork.
Thankfully there is good news...
Most comedians and known performers reveal that they are among those kids who were shy back in their early years.
They were able to overcome shyness, by dealing with it, even with stage fright and they eventually became very comfortable with a wide variety of audiences.
Thinking positively, you may see yourself performing and entertaining people one day.
It might seem a little scary at first, but you can conquer shyness.
It is like swimming; you cannot learn to swim if you do not want to get wet.
How to increase and set your comfort zone: 1.
Be unique for a change.
Do not try to fit in to a character that you are not.
Try to follow the crowd at times but retain your individuality.
Figuring out who you are is so crucial.
What economic status you occupy is not important.
Try to find what you are most comfortable at, and be the best in what you want to be.

Get to know other people.
If you are still studying, try to mingle with people that you have a common interest in.
See this as an advantage, because you will meet with these people everyday.
If you like arts, try to jive with others that share the same passion that you do.
If you are already working, perhaps you can join colleagues who are planning for a night out.
This will be a big opportunity for you to practice up your dormant communication skills.
In general, people love to talk about themselves.
Start by complimenting someone on how great their clothes lookon them, how good they look, or any topic as simple as that.

Be adventurous.
Stop torturing yourself by locking in your talents and visions in your mind alone.
Mingle with people who are open to having you join them!Being a part of a group will boost your self confidence 100%! In this way, you can be a part of something and be proud of it.
As it goes, you do not need to be the one in the spotlight every time the camera starts rolling.
You just have to be someone who is not always at the back of the stage.
Be courageous and conquering shyness becomes a realistic goal.
