Now that my egg is cooked, I am going to add in 2 cups of instant white rice that I've already made. I am going to turn down the heat so that I don't burn the rest of the egg that is in there. Now I am going to add my soy sauce mixture to this that I made earlier. Mix to one color. I'm going to add the peas and salt and pepper to taste and this goes perfectly with your Calypso Pork that has that brown sugar lime juice rum sauce. You are going to love this.
