You can also mix carrot juice with apple juice.
Cucumber has a high concentration of sulfur and silicon.

This helps to improve the health of your skin and also works towards eliminating acne.
Broccoli also contains beta carotene.
Next on the list is celery.
The best time to drink celery juice is about an hour before you go to bed.
Eating celery before bedtime can actually help you sleep.
Additionally it helps to neutralize acid waste in your body.
