Tips to Effectively Stop Thin Hair in Its Tracks

One of the first signs of a hair loss condition is the thinning of your hair.
At first it may only start off as a small problem, but it can escalate fairly quickly.
For this reason you need to target some of the causes and then you'll be well on your way towards a thicker head of hair.
The question remains "how can you do this"? Well first of all you need to know that your hair grows when your scalp receives proper blood circulation.
The more blood passing through, the more the nutrients that will be fed to your follicles.
A very easy way to ensure that this happens for you is to practice scalp massage.
Some people call it boring and tedious, but it doesn't take a lot of work or a lot of time.
In fact 15 minutes is all you need to begin seeing results in as little as one week.
In addition to scalp massage itself, you should also purchase some essential oils such as lavender, jojoba, rosemary, and henna.
Personally I've found rosemary and henna to be the most effective oils for promoting hair growth.
Massage these into your scalp as part of your daily routine towards fighting thin hair.
Last and certainly not least, you should pay close attention to the types of shampoo products you use on a daily and weekly basis.
I will be the first to tell you that a lot of them actually can make your thinning hair get worse.
It's mainly due to the chemical additives in them that while are good for alleviating dirt and oil, they are extremely harsh on your hair follicles.
Any that contain ingredients such as aloe vera or green tea are going to be your best ones to use.
