    Setting the Time and Date

    • The time and date functions are the most important features for many watch users. The Armitron All-Sport wrist watch provides both digital and analog time-keeping functions. To set the analog time on your Armitron All-Sport, pull the crown on the side of the watch. Rotate the crown to the desired time, and then push it back in. Setting the digital time on your All-Sport is a bit more involved. While in time-telling mode, hold down the "B" button for three seconds to access the time-setting screen. When the seconds place begins flashing, press the "A" button to set the seconds place to zero. Use the "B" button to advance the flashing from hours to minutes. Increase or decrease the number values with the "A" button. To set the date on your watch, press the "C" button until you access calendar mode. Hold down the "B" button to access the date setting screen. Use the "A" and "B" buttons to select the appropriate date. When you've finished setting the time and date, return to time-telling mode by pressing the "C" button.

    Setting the Alarm

    • The Armitron All-Sport also offers a handy alarm feature. Use your alarm to wake you up from a nap or to remind you of important dates or appointments. Press the "C" button while in time-telling mode to access the alarm mode. Hold down the "B" button until the numbers flash to indicate that you have entered the setting screen. Use the "B" button to advance the flashing from the hours place to the minutes place. The "A" button can be used to manipulate the hours and minutes to the desired setting. Press the "B" button once more to finalize your alarm. When you're ready to return to time-telling mode, you can do so by pressing the "C" button three times.

    Using the Chronograph Functions

    • The chronograph features on your Armitron All-Sport can help you monitor and improve your athletic performance. Using the chronograph features on your Armitron watch is simple. Start in time-telling mode and press the "C" button twice to access the chronograph. Use the "A" button to start and stop timing while in chronograph mode. Press the "B" button to reset your chronograph to zero. Return to time-telling mode by pressing the "C" button twice.
