The following suggestions to living your life stress-free consistently are things that I have incorporated in my life which I feel have given me a better quality of life.
I have always tried to be upbeat and positive but full-scale attention to my thoughts really began when I started studying Metaphysics.
Maintaining a positive attitude and keeping an open channel for my Creator to increase my life on a daily basis has been grand and an eye-opener for me to see that the possibilities for all of us are truly endless and unlimited.
I set aside time each day to be with my Source, my God and I call this time my meditation time.
And to think, when I first started meditating, it was tough for me to still my mind for 5 minutes.
These suggestions have helped me tremendously and I give them to you as I have tried them and proven them to be true for me.

Purposely, begin each day with a positive state of mind.
Being positive allows God the freedom to work with and through you in helping you to carry out your daily activities with finesse.
With creativity, your work is more efficiently processed with new-found skills that make the tasks seem effortless.

Choose not to entertain negative thoughts.
Negative thoughts are persistently recharged each time they are brought to your mind because emotions have been attached to them.
If the thought is negative, stop at once and speak a declaration (out loud) such as, "I choose not to participate in this thought.
" Then, immediately, replace that negative thought with one that is pleasant and positive.
You may have to repeat this step quite often at first but be determined to stay in a positive mindset.

Consider your body, which is a universe in itself.
Because our bodies are 60-70% water, we should drink plenty of water every day.
Detoxify to eliminate toxin buildup and exercise for improving the overall physical condition of your body.
Just recently I started a detox program that gave me tremendous energy.
The new energy made me want to exercise but then I also realized I had to go slow in this beginning stage of exercise because of my sedentary lifestyle over the past 6-7 years which proves it's never too late to be kind to your body.
4.
Approach life's challenges with a faith consciousness instead of fear-based problem solving.
Fear paralyzes your creative thinking process and focuses on the challenge.
Faith enhances your ability to receive creative ideas which puts the focus on the solution to the challenge.
5.
Make a habit of sending out love to everyone.
Do as God does - send out love daily to those in your thoughts and to those you meet physically.
And in so doing, love is returned to you.
The ultimate stress reducer is love! 6.
Meditate daily.
If you want an upper hand in this life's experience, do as God commands in Psalms 46 KJV, "Be still and know that I AM God.
" The Lord designed us to live a life of fulfillment that gives us joy to live it.
