- Sleep is number one, not getting enough sleep can lead to dull skin.
- Hydration is the key to healthy skin.
- Keep your skin moisturized throughout the day.
- Use facial masks at least once a week.
- Exfoliate twice a week maximum.
- Treat your face gently, do not tug or pull skin when applying make-up.
This can damage the skin, and the elasticity, as you get older. - Never go to bed with make-up on.
- Always use a higher factor sun cream on your face and your lips (they can get burnt too!)
- Vitamin A is a must for healthy skin, if you do not have enough in your diet you should think about getting it in supplement form.
- Give you skin a breather whenever possible as cosmetics can clog up the pored and this will result in spots.

- Mash the banana in a small dish
- Spread the mixture all over your face

- Add 5 teaspoons of Honey to the apple
- Mix well.
- Smooth the mixture over your skin.
- Leave for 15 minutes.
- Rinse off with cool water.

- Place a towel over your head and lean over the bowl
- Relax with your head over the bowl letting no air in for 5 minutes
