Reset an iPod with a Click Wheel

• 1). Toggle the hold switch on the top of the iPod from off to on to off again.
  
  
• 2). Press and hold both the "Menu" button and the center ("Select") button until the Apple logo appears. This will take six to eight seconds.
  
  
• 3). Connect your iPod to a power source and repeat the process if it is still behaving unusually.

• 1). Toggle the hold switch on the top of the iPod to from off to on to off again.
  
  
• 2). Press and hold both the "Play/Pause" button and the center ("Select") button until the Apple logo appears. This will take six to eight seconds.
  
  
• 3). Connect your iPod to a power source and repeat the process if it is still behaving unusually.
