If there is something you do not like that can be changed, it is ok to think about those things, as they can be improved. For the things that you cannot change, however, do not let yourself get down.
Be proud of the things that you have, and the places that you have been. Realize that what you think and feel is yours; be proud of your ability to make decisions and be yourself. By embracing who you are and what you do in a positive way, you can help to improve your low self confidence.

Those who have no goals, or have incredibly unrealistic goals will often find that they have a low self confidence. Goals are important; goals help people to track their own progress and keep their lives on track. By meeting (or missing) goals, you can understand where you are at, and how you can improve.
People with a low self confidence feel as if they are stuck, and that there is nowhere to go. By having goals, you can understand where you can improve, but also how you can achieve. Having a low self confidence is all about feeling as if there is nowhere you can go. By showing yourself that you can attain goals and can achieve things, you are more likely to have a better self confidence and lose your low self confidence.
Low self confidence is something that can affect everyone. By working to improve your low self confidence, you can help yourself feel better about who you are and what you have accomplished. For some it may be hard, but it is possible for everyone to improve their low self confidence.
