    • 1). Open the Applications folder, and then the Utilities folder. Double-click on the Disk Utility icon to run Disk Utility.

    • 2). Drag-and-drop a disk image file into the left side of the Disk Utility program window. Click on the file to select it.

    • 3). From the "Images" menu, click "Convert..."

    • 4). Click the option "DVD/CD Master" as the Image Format.

    • 5). Type a name for the converted file and add the extension ".cdr" to the end of the file name. Click "Save" to begin converting.

    • 6). After Disk Utility has finished converting the file, locate the file in a new Finder window and replace the extension ".cdr" with the extension ".iso".
