How to Make Marshmallow Launchers
- 1). Mark along the 38-inch piece of 1/2-inch PVC pipe dividing the piece into six 5-inch-long sections and one 8-inch long section. Cut the PVC pipe with PVC cutters at each mark.
- 2). Put a 5-inch section of PVC pipe in each end of the two elbow joints. Take one of the elbow joint pieces and place an endcap on the end of one of the pipes. Lay that piece on your work surface with the capped end pointing at your body, and the other pipe attached to the joint pointing to the right edge of the work surface.
- 3). Place a T joint on the end of the pipe pointing to the right. Orient the joint so the middle section points away from you. Insert the other elbow joint piece in that middle section of the T joint so it points to the left.
- 4). Insert another 5-inch section of pipe into the remaining opening of the T joint. Fit the second T joint on the other end of that section of pipe so its middle section points toward you.
- 5). Insert the last 5-inch section of pipe into the middle opening of the T joint, and place an endcap on the other end of the pipe. Insert the 8-inch section of pipe into the last opening of that T joint to complete the launcher.
- 6). Hold the gun by the two capped sections of pipe with the top part of the gun pointing back toward you. Insert a miniature marshmallow into the opening of that top part. Take a deep breath before placing your mouth over that opening, and blow as hard and fast as you can to launch the marshmallow from the gun.
