In this article I want to share some really important Jedi-Mind Tricks and ideas to help you protect yourself from danger, unwanted influence or nasty negative gremlins.
You work hard for your money and your time is valuable so learn to protect one of your greatest assets-your mental health.
Protect your mind and your life from harmful or bothersome annoying predators that lurk in the world.
Most people are neutral and some are even good and positive, so make sure to protect yourself from those with bad intentions toward you.
Recognize the signals your body and mind are sending you when you are in the presence of someone who is negative, clueless and annoying or even down-right evil.
Some people want to con you or scam you for your hard-earned cash, while others want to control you or gain power over you.
Self-hypnosis can help you to communicate more clearly with your subconscious mind and this can save your life! For instance, in my relationships I often create code phrases that mean BEWARE DANGER and so if and when they or I hear this code phrase, we immediately act on it to protect ourselves.
Now, in order to even sense danger or be aware of anything that could be wrong you need to train your mind to know the signals and warning signs.
I am always the first one who notices something that feels disturbing or something may be wrong and those friends, clients or people with me soon learn to trust my lead and follow.
Then they want me to train them to be able to be this aware.
So imagine creating a great connection and deep understanding between all parts of your mind and body and as an added bonus you have a "distant early warning" detection system.
Take two to five minutes each morning while in bed and each night before sleeping, to relax your mind and body and breathe deeply.
While in this relaxed trance state imagine your surroundings and how they should be.
Imagine walking or commuting to and from work and the sights, sounds and feelings you encounter routinely.
Now, train your mind that if and when anything is out of the ordinary, you get a clear signal from your subconscious mind which wants to protect you from danger.
Ironically, this is often the part of the mind responsible for keeping us locked in unwanted habits because when we were young or teenagers we may have thought danger meant feeling left out, so we smoked, drank, etc.
in order to fit it.
What we do with Hypnosis is update and up-grade this part of your mind to understand what you need and want from it NOW in your life.
Practice this morning and night and you can even do this visually by changing one small thing in your room and noticing that it has been moved.
You can notice the sounds changing and noticing the smells.
This way you will know if anyone has visited or moved or taken anything that belongs to you.
Your subconscious mind can catalog and detect all of these signs and signals and now that it understands that you want it to protect you from REAL danger it will gladly do so.
Learning these skills can save your life.
Take a mental snap shot of the sights, sounds, smells and energy of a place and train the protective part of your mind to warn you of any possible danger.
You will respond with a zen-like calm and you will be very glad you learned these skills.
