It has always been everyone's desire to have a flawless and blemish-free complexion.
Everyone longs to have skin free from acne and other impurities.
What if your number one problem is acne, and lots of it? Worry no more for there are ways you can do to clear up acne fast.
1.
Unclog your pores using Salicylic acid.
Acne starts when pores are clogged by keratin and sebum.
Salicylic acid softens and loosens up the build of keratin for a clearer skin.
Be sure though that you apply Sunblock with Ultraviolet Protection and Saliciylic Acid makes you more sensitive to sunlight.
Make sure that you choose a sunblock that's right for your skin to avoid rashes and other allergic reactions.
2.
Invest on Benzoyl Peroxide rich creams and ointments.
Benzoyl Peroxide is known as a Bactericide that is known to be effective against Propionibacterium Acnes.
Apply liberally and follow specific instructions indicated in the packaging or the one's provided by your dermatologist.
Be sure to use moisturizer after application of creams or ointments with Benzoyl Peroxide content as it is known to make your skin red after application.
Benzoyl Peroxide is also known to dry up your skin as well after application.
3.
Wash face with sulfur and sodium sulfacetamide rich soaps or facial cleansers.
Sulfur acts the same way Salicylic acid does upon application.
Not only are you making your face clean and fresh, Sulfur also treats your acne making it go away in no time.
It is best to wash your face twice a day once in the morning and once before bed time.
Washing your face too much won't also do much good as it will take off natural skin cells leaving it dry and itchy.
4.
Be patient.
It is important that you don't rush things.
Acne Treatment doesn't happen overnight.
It requires a great deal of consistency.
Be sure to follow what your dermatologist asks you to do and be disciplined enough never to miss a step or a routine.
5.
Never pop a pimple.
It may be too annoying looking at it and the only thing you want to do is to get rid of it once and for all.
Remember that doing so might make things worse.
Let your dermatologist do the job.
Doing it yourself might react to infection.
