Funding is available for all areas of biology, biochemistry and biomedicine. - The National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) provides funding for three years of graduate study in the sciences, and includes tuition remission, a living stipend and funding for research travel. The GRFP funds graduate work in all fields of biology except applied medicine and disease research. Applicants must have completed no more than 12 months of full-time graduate study and be enrolled in an accredited M.A. or Ph.D. program.
