Experimentation goes back to days to the primitive time when man became a part of this world.
Whether it be the discovery of fire for survival by rubbing stones, sowing seeds to grow crops thus paving the way for farming, all were mere experiments at one point of time which led to the progress of man, the most recent being the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the world's largest and highest-energy particle accelerator, which helped scientists discover the God Particle.
Experimentation involves a detailed research of the area concerned followed by verification of the result and laying the foundation of a new theory.
One has to have passion for science in order to prove a point through such experiments.
At times, it demands utter devotion and perseverance.
The desire to carry out experiments arises from an urge to know more about the world in which case even young children can be seen as experimenters for they move around fiddling with objects in their attempt to understand the surrounding more.

Michael Faraday was the son of a blacksmith in England.
He was poor and never received any proper education.
He used to work as a book binder and it was through this job that he got access to books which he read and tried to understand the concept of science.
He was a child filled with questions and curiosity and used to always find reasons behind the occurrence of every natural phenomenon.
Back in those days, England was not polite to thinkers and inventors who did not belong to the noble class of men but this did not deter him.
On the contrary, it propelled him towards excellence.
Science Experiments excited Faraday in the very same way as small toys excite children.
He is no doubt one of the most famous scientists of all time.
One has to understand that experimentation is a methodical trial error procedure.
It requires a great deal of patience, hard work, determination and a utopian mind without any negativity.
One has to be prepared for the worst having once taken the initiative for experiments do not always promise success!
