Harrisburg Presbyterian Child Development Center

• Harrisburg Presbyterian Child Development Center is a private Christian preschool. It accepts children from 2-6 with an after-school care program for children 2-12 years old. The center has 10 fully-equipped classrooms and is licensed for 150 preschool children and 75 school-age children.

• Hickory Ridge High School has a high academic standard, with 91.9 percent of its students having above average test scores in 2009-2010. It has been designated a North Carolina Honor School of Excellence by the NC Board of Education. The school partners with sister cities in countries all over the world to foster sustained international relationships.
