How to Calculate the Days Between Two Dates on a Calculator
- 1). List all the months you are counting. Mark down the total number of days for each month.
- 2). Add each full month by counted by the number of days for that month. Add the days together. Mark the total "Full Days."
- 3). Subtract the number of days not being counted in the month with the first date. Include the start day. For example, if you are starting on March 16, subtract 16 from 31, the total number of days in March. Add the result to the "Full Days" figure. Mark the total "Adjusted Full Days."
- 4). Subtract the number of days not being counted in the month with the second date. Do not count the end day. For example, if you are ending on May 4, subtract 28 from 31, the number of days in May. Add the result to the "Adjusted Full Days" figure. The result is the total number of days between the two dates.
