How to Make Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1). Remove 4 oz. of unsalted butter and 4 oz. cream cheese from the refrigerator and allow it to reach room temperature.
- 2). Mix the butter and cream cheese together in a stand mixer on medium speed until smooth, approximately four minutes.
- 3). Mix in 2 cups of sifted confectioners' sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla extract and mix well.
