I have been noticing the high rate of failure for men when it comes to getting girls phone numbers.
The fact is they get shut down, or even worse they don't go for it and at least try to ask.
Men fail to understand that you must have a strategy on how to get a girls number and stick to it.
Most get nervous and blow it.

Always do things to separate yourself from the pack.
She has to be interested in you for you to get the digits so this will be your overall goal.
A girl will never give her phone number out to a guy she didn't want to get to know more.
A way to accomplish this is to do some innocent flirting.
