How to Get Rare Pokemons in "Pokemon Indigo"
- 1). Search in hidden areas and areas that are only revealed after completing portions of the game. You cannot find rare Pokemon when you first start the game, largely because the areas where they are located are locked away or blocked by an obstacle. Explore areas thoroughly that are only accessible after completing a significant milestone in the game or from learning a specific type or TM Move, such as Cut.
- 2). Attack with the Pokemon with a strong attack. The Pokemon will run away within a couple of turns, so you will want to deal damage to it quickly. Conversely, you will want to take care not to kill the Pokemon in one hit.
- 3). Throw a Pokeball, or some variation of it, to catch the Pokemon when it is low on health. The Masterball, which is available from many Pokestores, will instantly catch any Pokemon, including rare Pokemon.
