    • 3). Stop smoking. This may be easier said than done, but it's a vital step toward removing wrinkles from your neck. Smoking steals oxygen from your skin and destroys collagen, and the thin skin on your neck is among the first areas to suffer.

    Apply Cream

    • 1). The sun's rays are a major cause of nick wrinkles and it doesn't need to be scorching outside for damage to occur. Apply sun cream to your neck daily, even when it's overcast or raining outside. If you spend a prolonged amount of time outdoors, reapply the cream often.

    • 2). Moisturize your neck every day to keep it hydrated, as wrinkles are more likely to appear on dry skin. Use both hands to apply the cream, moving in a gentle upward motion toward your chin

    • 3). Apply a rich anti-wrinkle cream to your neck every night.

    Neck Exercise

    • 1). Open your hand wide, position it under your chin and gently press against your throat. Point your chin straight upward and push out your bottom lip.

    • 2). Stay in this position and pull your hand down to your collarbone. Open and close your mouth 10 times with your bottom lip still protruding.

    • 3). Relax your neck and repeat. Do the exercise five times in total every day.
