Party time is always the most exciting time for kiddies. It's a time that they can get together with their friends and just have a ball. Planning a kiddies party can be a bit of mission, why is because you have to keep them entertained for the duration of the party. There are a number of methods you can use to entertan your kids at their party.

Plan the party in advance is one of the most important things. All the little details make a difference. Get a nice venue that you can decorate with lots of special things which will give it a ‘party' atmosphere. Next thing will be to get an entertainer. There are many options of entertainers. First option would be to get a DJ that is well versed in kids parties and is able to arrange activities that surround the music. Some activities include, musical chairs, dancing competitions, hot potatoe and a karaoke competition. Another entertainer would be a magician that is able to cater for the age group.

One of my favourite entertainers are dance instructors that are able to get the vibe going by teaching the kiddies cool dance moves to all their favourite music. Dance instructors may split the kids into groups of 4 and tech them each a special dance move then all the kids may compete against each other for a ‘grand' prize chosen by the parent will add to the excitement.

Jumping castles are always a great hit of kiddies younger than 10 and are a good way to end off the party.

Always remember to take a break during the party for the kiddies to just freshen up and get themselves together. It also adds to the anticipation of the next activity.

One very important thing to keep in mind is to make sure that all the kids come out with at least one prize after all the activities.
