Moroccan Fava Bean Tagine with Preserved Lemon and Olives

This easy, delicious tagine recipe features freshly shelled fava beans (broad beans) in a delicious, tangy sauce flavored with ginger, saffron and preserved lemons. Lamb, beef or goat meat can be used. Allow a little more cooking time for goat or lamb.
The recipe is modified for preparation in a pressure cooker. If using a Dutch oven or pot, double the cooking times and add water as necessary during cooking.
