Good Way to Clean Wheels
- 1). Pour a gallon of water into a bucket with 3 tablespoons. of car wash soap. If you do not have car wash soap on hand, using a mild liquid dish soap will work just as well.
- 2). Hose off the wheels to remove as much loose residue as possible.
- 3). Dip a sponge or cloth into the soapy water and scrub the wheels.
- 4). Dip a toothbrush into the soapy water and scrub between small crevices and around edges of the wheel.
- 5). Rinse the wheels with fresh water to remove soap and residue.
- 6). Saturate the edge of a cloth with bug and tar remover and rub over any grease, tar or similar stains. Repeat until all marks have been removed, then rinse with fresh water to remove any remaining residue.
- 7). Dry the wheels with a clean towel or allow to air dry.
