How to Replace a Cabin Air Filter on a 2004 Honda Accord

    • 1). Open the glove compartment and remove the contents. Disconnect the stop on the right side of the open glove-box wall.

    • 2). Push both sides of the glove compartment toward the middle to disconnect it from the dash. Pivot the glove box toward the floor of the Accord.

    • 3). Pull the filter frame straight out to remove it from the compartment.

    • 4). Remove the old filter from the filter frame. Insert the new filter into the frame.

    • 5). Slide the filter frame into the filter compartment. Lift the glove box up to its normal open position. Hook the stop back into place on the right side.
