What Nobody Tells You About Stalking!

Celebrity stalkers are in the news again. Famous women such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna, Paris Hilton, Uma Thurman, Ivanka Trump, Kim Kardashian, Sandra Bullock and very recently Halle Berry, all had their share of frightening experiences with delusional admirers.
With the assistance of their entourage of bodyguards, sophisticated security systems and aid of the law, they keep the situation pretty much under control.
However, while most celebrities learn how to live with the paparazzi culture and celebrity stalkers, they have to cope with internal struggles, such as: anger, frustration and underlying fears on a daily basis.
Celebrities might perceive it as an occupational hazard and think that being in the public eye has a price to pay, although, nothing is further from the truth.

The majority of stalking victims are women like you and me. Since social networking websites are booming, anyone can attract €weirdoes€ as Bruce Jenner calls them.
Since not everyone can afford body guards and security systems, how can you deal with stalkers? The alternatives are the conventional security measures. However, they are clearly not efficient enough. Most victims struggle with the same anger, frustration and fears that celebrities are trying to cope with. Do you wonder if there is an additional way to stop stalking permanently or any way to prevent it from happening to you?

The missing links are empowerment and knowledge. Reframe and remove the limiting beliefs that you have about harassment because these are the obstacles that keep you from living the life that you want.
Here are 8 powerful and essential Do's and Don'ts I recommend:
1. Boost your self-confidence from A to Z.
A €can do€ attitude and no excuse approach gets you from low self-confidence to the top level.
2. Eliminate your fears. Find reliable resources who teach you how to master them. A fear mentality makes you weak and if you do not handle your fears your situation will escalate further. Make small daily adjustments, be determined and persevere. Be patient and never give up! Building and restoring your self-confidence and eliminating fears take time.
3. Adapt a positive attitude. Accumulating thoughts of crime, injustice, and violence into your mind are extremely destructive for your well-being. Substitute your negative thoughts and feelings, which are self-sabotaging, with powerful, constructive ones. Do you believe you could be the next victim? Stop right there! If you believe that your biggest fear could become a reality, it probably will.
4. Learn how to handle difficult people. Do not permit other people's negative opinions and attitudes disturb your well-being. Never lower yourself to their level, instead learn how to respond efficiently, you will benefit from it in many ways.
5. Respect everyone the way you want to be respected. No exceptions to the rule! Negative thoughts and emotions release and attract: hatred, disrespect, friction, hostility, etc. When internal struggles are gone, the external struggles dissolve too.
6. Master your prejudices and judgments, they are the key to harmonious human relationships. Focus on people's qualities instead of their failures, even if you don't like them. The more love and good will you emanate and exude, the more comes back to you.
7. Understand that whatever challenges you're facing right now, they are life experiences with a purpose, they help you grow spiritually. Stalkers go through their own challenges, acknowledge that everyone makes mistakes. To release yourself from negative circumstances, practise forgiveness regularly and let go of the past.
8. Make the commitment to change your mindset. The longer you belief false ideas about harassment, the longer it will take to obtain peace, freedom, security and respect in your life. Self-growth is crucial to become in charge of your life.
