For venues and event promoters who are constantly on the lookout for new talent to showcase, there's no bigger new talent out there than music industry newbie Chance the Rapper. At just 20 he's become a big deal and developed quite a fan following. He writes and produces much of his own music (there are a couple hit mixtapes; more on those below). He's got an original sound. He plays to the crowd like a seasoned pro. He's exactly what you're looking for. Find out more about how to reserve Chance the Rapper for your venue or event below.

Even when he was just called Chancelor Bennet, the young boy who would later become Chance the Rapper knew he was destined to have a mic in hand. He wanted to be a rapper and told his parent about it in the fourth grade, and not just in that childlike "I want to be a fireman" way that never turns into anything. This wasn't a phase for Chance the Rapper. He saw being a rapper as quite literally the only way his life would go. Just a few years after that first admission, it turns out that Chance was exactly right. He's made a buzz in all the right ways--for creative mixtapes, awesome live shows, and solid partnerships with fellow rappers and other musicians in the business. He's not just a next new big thing, Chance the Rapper has the talent to become THE Big Thing for years to come. Read on for more details about Chance the Rapper's background, about how to book Chance the Rapper, and more Chance The Rapper booking information (like how to find out what the Chance The Rapper booking fee is).

Knowing from such a young age exactly what he wanted to do with his life, Chance the Rapper found all sorts of ways to showcase his growing talent. He performed at his elementary school graduation, and did his best to learn all of Michael Jackson's music skills and dance moves. It all came together when he was suspended for 10 days during his senior year in high school. Rather than waste his time, Chance the Rapper used that 10-day senior suspension to put together his inaugural mixtape, aptly name "10 Day." He uploaded it on the free mixtape sharing site Datpiff and it almost immediately made huge waves.

It didn't take much more than that for Chance the Rapper to capture the attention of industry music magazines and other news sources. He was named to the 2013 Freshman Class of up-and-coming rappers in the XXL Magazine. Complex magazine put in on the list of 10 New Chicago Rappers to Watch Out For. Forbes highlighted "10 Day" in their Cheap Tunes section, calling Chance's music a combination of all sort of musical elements into a single accessible and perfectly fluid "amalgamation." High praise for the young rapper. And he's good enough that he probably could weave "amalgamation" into any of his wildly popular tracks.

His next mixtape hit, "Acid Rap," dropped in April of 2013, and on it he partnered with BJ the Chicago Kid, Action Bronson, Lili K., Twista, Vic Mensa, Ab-Soul, and Childish Gambino. His network of fellow wunderkinds growing, Chance the Rapper traveled to Austin to perform at SXSW. He'll be touring on Mac Miller's The Space Migration Tour with The Internet, Vince Staples, and others through summer and is on the bill for Lollapalooza in his own hometown of Chicago in late summer of 2013. But by far the biggest deal to come to Chance the Rapper is the chance to tour as an opener for the global superstar hip hop and pop act Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. There's no doubt, this young rapper is on the way up. Get in on the action, and keep that Chance The Rapper booking price low, learning more about a Chance the Rapper booking here.

Some tips on how to book Chance the Rapper at your venue or event. Chance the Rapper booking information is hard to come by. Part of the reason for this is that he has yet to sign with a specific recording label. His Facebook page and his own website (check it out at chanceraps.com) don't provide any information either. Trying to reach him first by email directly is an option, as is contacting the tour he is traveling with over the summer (Mac Miller's The Space Migration Tour). On that note, he's basically solidly booked through the summer, with tour dates almost every night and travel days in between big shows. You'll need to catch him in between things (like before Lallapalooza, or before he heads out on the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis tour in Europe) if you want to book him at your venue or for your special event this year.

How much to book Chance the Rapper? Good question. Just like the other Chance the Rapper booking info, the Chance The Rapper booking price is a little illusive. Chance the Rapper is a young artist still making his name in the competitive music and rap industry, so you'll probably be happy to find the Chance the Rapper booking fee is surprisingly affordable. There is big time value here, and there will also be a strong return on your investment. But Chance is also on the rise, which can be a double-edged sword in terms of cost. And, he's also got a hand in managing himself at the moment. That means that there may not be pre-determined pricing. It's possible you would have to really negotiate the price or ask around a lot to find out exactly how much to book Chance the Rapper. You can also go through a music booking agency to set this up as well.

Final question, with what could possibly be interpreted as the potential challenge of booking him, when I reserve Chance the Rapper will it be worth it? Short answer, yep. This guy is the real deal. He can write, he can rap. It's as simple as that.
