How to Save a Picture on Your Phone Using a USB Cord
- 1). Locate the picture file on your computer that you would like to place onto your phone. To search for computer files, click your Windows "Start" button and select "Search." Click your Windows "Start" button and "My Computer" to browse individual drives and folders.
- 2). Right-click the picture file. Select "Copy."
- 3). Connect one end of the USB cable to your phone's USB port. Connect the other end to your computer's USB port.
- 4). Click your Windows "Start" button. Select "My Computer." Double-click the icon that represents your phone as an attached drive.
- 5). Look through the folders that are listed for your phone. Specifically, look for the "Pictures" or "Photos" folder. When you locate the pictures folder, double-click to open it.
- 6). Right-click anywhere inside the pictures folder. Select "Paste." Your picture will automatically be copied to your phone's picture folder.
