Management of anxiety is increasingly becoming a very sought after process.
In the busy world that we belong today, coupled with the stress of work instability, child rearing, and other domestic affairs the risk of developing severe anxiety now affects everyone.
Ordinarily, most people can control their anxiety levels.
A few, however, cannot.
Their anxiety levels increase to the point that they develop severe anxiety.
It comes to the point that their daily activities are compromised.
Recently, anxiety has become as common as the common cold.
Many men, even though they may suffer from anxiety attacks, do not admit that they have a problem with it.
Severe anxiety needs a strict form of management.
This is particularly true for those who develop a first time panic attack.
A panic attack predisposes a patient to more attacks.
This condition is known as being sensitized to panic attacks.
Thus, strict control should be implemented in order to prevent future attacks from happening.
Anxiety may be confused with fear.
Although they have basically the same symptoms, fear is a normal emotion.
Anxiety, on the other hand, is considered as emotional disorder.
Anxiety can lead to loss of self confidence and retard the development of a person.
Recognizing anxiety is a crucial part in correcting it so that the sufferer may cope with his daily activities.
Sufferers of anxiety may develop their condition to a severe form.
Known as agoraphobia, this condition can be debilitating for the sufferer.
The patient is in constant fear of developing panic attacks and being ridiculed in public.
This can be paralyzing for a person as his daily activities are compromised.
