How to Troubleshoot a UM150 Aircard
- 1). Unplug the aircard and restart your computer. Once the computer is back up and running, plug in the card and try to connect to the Internet once more.
- 2). Uninstall the current software if a simple restart does not work.
- 3). Restart the computer again.
- 4). If possible, connect to another network to download the most up-to-date software for the aircard. Otherwise, reinstall using the CD that came with the aircard.
- 5). Plug in the aircard once more and try to connect again.
- 6). If no previous method has worked, contact customer service and ask for technical support.
- 7). Ask customer service if you are available for an upgrade. The UM150 is an older device and it is possible that the upgrade is due and a newer device could possibly work better.
