Boost Your Energy - 3 Main Energy Zappers

It's 4:30AM and the alarm rings. It's time to wake up. Grr. You roll over, to hit the snooze button. €Just,.15 more minutes before you get up.€ You tell yourself. Hoping, that time will slow down. Before you know it, the alarm goes off. Ok. Ok, you get up kicking and screaming but you finally decide to roll out of bed. You slowly start your morning walking around the house like a zombie, starting the coffee, waking up the children, who also don't want to wake up, and you start getting ready for work. Great, not only do you have to fight with yourself, but you have to fight with your pride and joy's for them to get up before you are late for work.

Zapper #3 the CELL PHONE
Is your cell phone keeping you up? The device we just can't live without. We check before we get out of bed in the morning and before we go to bed in the evening. Our brain is being tricked when we are lying in bed texting or working on our computers; the light on the phone tricks our brain to think that it is still daylight. When we work in our bed, our brain doesn't associate the bed to sleep anymore. Just like a newborn, when a child is born he or she does not have the concept of day and night. A parent has to train the baby by allowing him or her to sleep at certain times which in turn teach the child day and night. We need to train our brain. Put the cell away when in bed.

Zapper #2 MEDICATIONS
Are the medications you taking making you exhausted? You can't function clearly, but you are in pain without them. It is a no win-win situation. The medication we take may cause dizziness, faintness, and drowsiness. So you can't keep your eyes open during the day. You start asking yourself, €What are you going to do€? Always consult your doctor when it comes to medication, but you shouldn't have to settle for medications with such horrible side-effect.

Zapper #1 OVERWORKING
Doing too much of a good thing is not good for your body. When exercise at a steady level your cortisol production is at a steady rate, but when you overwork, you start to stress your body which cause you to be tired and lose energy and end up getting sick and even worse. Or it could be the other way of work and no play, is not good for a person to overwork and never actually take time to enjoy life and play a little. Those with a family really have a difficult time doing this because some feel guilty taking time for themselves. We feel sluggish, tired, and in pain, so we end up taking medication, which causes us to be drowsy, and that brings us to a complete circle. We need to stop the cycle and get off the hamster wheel.

I wish everyone the best in their search for a health and vibrate life.
Blessed Be!
